Dr. Lake and her team conduct Autism evaluations in children as young as 18 months. We also work with adults of all ages who might have not yet have a formal Autism diagnosis. We use a neurodiversity affirming approach and accommodate most needs during the evaluation process. We have a wide range of tools to evaluate Autism including the ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, 2nd Edition), MIGDAS-2 (Monteiro Interview Guidelines for Diagnosing the Autism Spectrum, Second Edition, interactive video assessments, neurodevelopmental checklists, camouflaging questionnaires, etc. Our assessments address social communication, sensory, language, intellectual, and/or behavioral difficulties. Recommendations are tailored to each client and concerns in the way their day-to-day life.
