Hello!

I'm Brittany, and I am currently a student intern in mental health counseling. My goal is to provide support and guidance to clients while creating a safe space to share their thoughts and emotions. I strive to be empathetic, compassionate, and understanding. I genuinely care about the well-being of others, and I am dedicated to helping them navigate through their challenges, as I believe in active listening and collaboration. My therapy approach is well-suited to cognitive-behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy. I believe in providing flexible, high-quality care tailored to each client’s unique needs and guiding them to positive changes.

I have my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida and currently attend Nova Southeastern University for my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
