Hey, y'all!

My name is Caroline and I am a fierce advocate for mental health and find joy in helping lift others up, helping others make positive changes in their life, making strides toward meeting goals once never thought possible, creating plans and encouraging growth. I am realistic, down-to-earth, empathetic and compassionate, leaving others feeling that they have found their best sounding board. I create a safe place that is calm and inviting, where you can be yourself without judgement. I am inspired by yoga and bravery. At times, we are forced to dig deep within ourselves to find healing. In times of crisis, we often are found just surviving and going through the movements. Through yoga, we are able to touch into those movements and find peace and calmness, helping us live in the moment and remembering to just breathe. I am a student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University and am currently completing hours for my education. I attended University of South Florida and received a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. I have worked with primarily children and adolescents in residential treatment settings, eating disorder hospitals and emergency rooms. I have a special interest in working with clients who have endured trauma, suffer with anxiety/mood disorders, pregnancy/parenthood and issues surrounding perfectionism. After graduation, I hope to work with people of all ages. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my kids, husband and mini-pigs, yoga, exercise, baking, gardening, caring for my plethora of plants, adding to my running shoe and pant collection and exploring new places with my family and always going on the next, new adventure!
