What is Social-EMOTIONAL Learning?
Social-EMOTIONAL Learning (SEL) refers to the development of self-awareness, self-control, self-regulation, social skills, and responsible decision-making, all of which are essential for school and life successes.

Our small classes use stories, music, puppets, games, activities & crafts to engage preschoolers in learning to recognize, express & manage emotions. Our trained emotional coaches will lead 3-5 year old’s in exciting lessons & activities to teach social emotional learning skills. Classes are 30 minutes long about once a week.
