Hi I'm Lauren!
As a student Therapist I am passionate about creating a supportive and compassionate space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of life stages and challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, adjusting to life transitions, or looking for support with emotional regulation or self-esteem, I aim to meet you where you are with curiosity and care.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I believe in tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of the individual, helping clients build practical tools and long-term resilience.
Originally from Upstate New York, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Cortland. Currently I am completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University.
