I believe healing begins in a space where you feel truly understood, supported, and safe to show up exactly as you are. As a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, my goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where we can explore what’s weighing on you and identify the strengths you already carry. I strive to build meaningful therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, compassion, and authenticity.

I am passionate about working with individuals navigating anxiety disorders, including OCD and agoraphobia; depression; personality disorders; trauma-related concerns; and major life transitions. I also support individuals adjusting to medical diagnoses and caregivers managing high levels of stress. I work with both children and couples, and I value helping families and partners
