Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Qualified Supervisor

Hi, I’m Patricia. I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and practical support. My professional background spans healthcare, addiction recovery, military support, and education, allowing me to work with children, preteens, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and older adults from diverse backgrounds.

I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I also provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). Whether someone has been diagnosed in childhood or is discovering their neurodivergence later in life, I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to embrace their authentic selves.

I work collaboratively with caregivers and families to better understand neurodivergent needs, strengthen relationships, reduce stress, and develop practical strategies that support success at home, school, work, and in everyday life.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and holistic. I believe every person has unique abilities, experiences, and goals, and therapy should honor those differences rather than trying to change who they are. Together, we’ll identify what works best for you, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, sustainable changes that align with your values.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Care, and Somatic Therapy, tailoring each session to meet your individual needs. My work is grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and affirming environment where clients feel respected, validated, and empowered to grow with confidence.

Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, healing from difficult experiences, exploring a new diagnosis, supporting your neurodivergent child, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll build practical tools, strengthen resilience, and create a path forward that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with the life you want to live.
