Hello, I’m Adeanna!

As a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and positive change.

My goal is to help clients develop practical coping skills and strategies to navigate life’s challenges while building confidence in their ability to manage difficult emotions and experiences. I approach counseling through a narrative lens, helping you explore your experiences, better understand your story, and recognize the strengths that have shaped who you are.

I have a passion for creative expression and incorporate creative approaches into therapy when words may feel difficult to find. I enjoy helping clients discover new ways to express themselves, process emotions, and connect with their authentic selves.

I work with teenagers and young adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the adjustment to college. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about your next steps, I am here to support you as you work toward your goals and create meaningful change.
