Hi, I'm Weronika,
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of challenges, including eating disorders (such as bulimia, anorexia, and binge-eating disorder), anxiety, depression, family conflict, and trauma. I offer a warm, supportive, and collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients understand their emotions, identify triggers, and manage symptoms. I believe in tailoring treatment to the unique needs of each individual, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. My therapeutic style is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am committed to providing culturally-sensitive care and supporting clients through every step of their healing journey. As a bilingual clinician fluent in English and Polish, I am passionate about making therapy accessible and inclusive for clients from diverse backgrounds. I understand the courage it takes to begin therapy and am honored to support individuals as they move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
