Therapy Groups

We offer a variety of groups that provide members a validating environment to improve skills and confidence to decrease distress in navigating social situations.

PEERS Informed Group 9 sessions $450 

Goals: Improve skills and confidence in social situations. This group is for those wishing to learn social skills. Our therapists practice a neurodivergent affirming approach by recognizing and respecting individuals' ways of communication while being supportive of the learning process and mindful of Autism burnout.

***Dating topics are available for adult groups.***

Game On 6 sessions $300

Goals: Provide a validating and safe environment to improve self-esteem and social skills, including communication, leadership, and friendship using video games. Participants will engage in psychoeducation, role play and modeling, and opportunities to practice.

Build Up 6 sessions $300 - - COMING SOON

Goals: Provide a validating and safe environment to improve self-esteem and social skills, including communication, leadership, and friendship using legos. Participants will engage in psychoeducation, role play and modeling, and opportunities to practice.

 

All About Me 6 sessions $300 - - COMING SOON

Goals: Provide a validating and safe environment to improve self-esteem and social skills, including communication, leadership, and friendship. Provides opportunities to share about their special interests and learn about their peers' special interests.

 

Bullying 6 sessions $300 - COMING SOON

Goals: Provide a validating and safe environment to discuss bullying and increase confidence for navigating those situations. Participants will engage in psychoeducation, role play and modeling, and opportunities to practice.

 

PEERS Graduates Social Group (17+ year olds) Cost varies per activity - COMING SOON

Goals: Provide a validating and safe environment to participate in small groups in social activities in our community. (examples of activities: Bowling, Eating Out, Movies, Top Golf, Dave and Busters, Sporting Events, and more...)
