Our team consists of experts in Autism evaluations for children as young as 18 months and adults of all ages who may not have a formal diagnosis. Our approach is neurodivergent affirming and we accommodate most sensory needs during the evaluation process. With training and certifications in PDA, we are well equipped to support you in understanding challenging behaviors. We prioritize advocacy and acceptance and help connect you with other Autistic communities.

We use wide range of tools, including the ADOS-2, MIGDAS-2, interactive video assessments, neurodevelopmental checklists. For older children and adults we explore camouflaging, masking, interoceptive functioning, and more. Our assessments address social communication, sensory, language, intellectual, and/or behavioral difficulties, and recommendations are tailored to each client's concerns and day-to-day life. We also offer other assessment combinations to tailor to family needs.

Dr. Lake is a PSYPACT certified psychologist. PSYPACT is an interstate compact that allows licensed psychologists to practice in additional US states.
