Hi, I’m Jen. I bring a unique blend of professional experience and heartfelt compassion to my work as a counselor. With 14 years in human resources, I’ve spent much of my career helping individuals overcome obstacles, discover solutions, and thrive both personally and professionally.

I hold a BS in Political Science from Northeastern University, an MBA in Human Resources, and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling—both from Liberty University. This diverse educational background equips me to understand both the practical and emotional dimensions of life’s challenges.

My passion lies in supporting individuals as they build resilience, pursue personal growth, and navigate life’s complexities with clarity and confidence. I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients and those facing anxiety, depression, or trauma. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming—I honor and celebrate diverse ways of thinking and experiencing the world.

Using a range of therapeutic approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, strengths, and goals. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions.

Whether you’re facing workplace stress, personal struggles, or seeking deeper personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you. I work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, offering support that’s both compassionate and practical.

If you're ready to take the next step on your journey, I’d be honored to support you. Contact me today to schedule a consultation—I look forward to working with you.
