Post-Hurricane Support Groups
Dr. Lake & Associates is offering FREE support groups for children/adolescents and adults affected by hurricanes Helene and Milton. These six-week sessions aim to create a supportive, safe space for those in Tampa Bay and surrounding areas to come together, share their experiences, and find support/coping strategies.
Feel free to join in on as many sessions as you are available for.
We look forward to creating a safe space for all those who are seeking support at this challenging time.
Elementary Kids (Ages 7-11) Starts Nov. 4th
Mondays: 4:30-5:30 PM

We offer a variety of groups that provide members a validating environment to improve skills and confidence to decrease distress in navigating social situations.
